The purpose of this shipping policy is to define the terms and conditions applicable to the shipment of a Product to the Customer by the Publisher.

ARTICLE 3. DEFINITIONS

 Client ”: any person, natural or legal, under private or public law, registered on the Site.

Site Content” : elements of any kind published on the Site, protected or not by intellectual property rights, such as texts, images, designs, presentations, videos, diagrams, structures, databases or software.

The Editor ”: DEUVIGENIUS , SASU taken in his capacity as publisher of the Site.

Internet user ”: any person, natural or legal, under private or public law, connecting to the Site.

Product ”: goods of any kind sold on the Site by the Publisher to Customers.

Site ”: website accessible at the URL www.gorillazmountain.fr , as well as related subsites, mirror sites, portals and URL variations.

ARTICLE 4. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The Site is freely accessible to all Internet users. Browsing the Site implies acceptance by any Internet user of this shipping policy. ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY

5.1. Shipping cost

Delivery or provision costs will, in any case, be indicated to the Customer before any payment and only concern deliveries made in mainland France, Corsica included. For any other delivery location, it will be up to the Customer to contact customer service.

In the event of delivery of the Product to the Customer in a store or at a partner location of the Publisher, the related costs are specified to the Customer at the time of the order.

Delivery costs indicated on the Site are in euros, all taxes included.

Bulky or bulky packages / large quantity

Bulky packages refer to packages having large dimensions/weights or being ordered in large quantities ( generally several of the same units ordered at the same time ).

Shipping costs are inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs for bulky/bulky packages may be offered at the seller's initiative as part of a specific order and a commercial negotiation operation. This does not however imply the possibility of free return costs remaining at the commercial initiative of the seller.

5.2. delivery time

Orders are delivered by La Poste, DPD, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Boxtal, DHL, Fedex, UPS within 7 to 15 working days from receipt of the price by the Publisher. Certain products or certain order volumes may nevertheless justify a delivery time of more than 15 working days, particularly for pre-orders where the time is directly indicated in the product sheet and/or in the basket.

5.3. Damaged package / missing merchandise

In the event of delivery of a clearly and visibly damaged package, it is up to the Customer to refuse it in order to benefit from the guarantee offered by the carrier. In the event that the Customer has received a damaged package or empty packaging directly in his mailbox, he must also inform the seller without delay and send him photos or videos by email to prove good faith (opening with scotch over-packaging / item damaged after packaging). The delivery label must be clearly visible.

In such a case, the delivery times indicated above in these general conditions will no longer apply.

5.4. Reservation of title - transfer of risks

Ownership of the Products delivered is reserved for the Publisher until delivery of the Products to the Customer, notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, unless the parties have punctually and expressly agreed in writing to waive this clause.

The Customer bears the risks relating to the Products from the time of the order. Throughout the duration of the retention of title, the Customer must insure at his own expense the Products belonging to the Publisher against any damage that may occur and provide proof to the Publisher upon first request.

ARTICLE 6. FINAL STIPULATIONS

6.1. Applicable right

This shipping policy is subject to the application of French law.

6.2. Changes to this Shipping Policy

This shipping policy may be modified at any time by the Publisher. The shipping policy applicable to the Customer is that in force on the day of his order or his connection to this Site, any new connection to the personal space entailing acceptance, where applicable, of the new shipping policy.

6.3. Disputes

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2015-1033 of August 20, 2015, all disputes with a consumer Customer which may arise in the context of the execution of these general conditions and for which a solution cannot be found prior to the amicable agreement between the parties must be submitted.

6.4. Entirety

The nullity of one of the clauses of this contract will not result in the nullity of the other clauses of the contract or of the contract as a whole, which will retain their full effect and scope. In such a case, the parties must, as far as possible, replace the canceled stipulation with a valid stipulation corresponding to the spirit and purpose hereof.

6.5. Non-waiver

The absence of exercise by the Publisher of the rights granted to it hereby cannot under any circumstances be interpreted as a waiver of the right to assert said rights.

6.7. Languages ​​of this shipping policy

6.8. Unfair clauses

The stipulations of this shipping policy apply subject to compliance with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Code concerning unfair clauses in contracts concluded between a professional and a consumer.

ARTICLE 7. SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note that we process returns/refunds only in new condition, with their original packaging and label as stipulated in our terms and conditions. We only accept one return/refund per order, be sure to return all your items in the same return procedure.

Article 7.1. Shop specific shipping conditions

Orders are shipped by our suppliers located in France, Europe and Asia, within 12 hours to 72 hours. Shipping is free for all orders between €49.99 and €499.99. The delivery time generally observed is between 7 to 15 days

As our suppliers are located around the world, some orders may arrive within 30 days. We will do everything possible to improve these deadlines and give you complete satisfaction.

What shipping costs apply to orders that include both large items and small items?

Shipping costs for mixed baskets (large items + small items) are always calculated based on the large items ordered. If you order large items, we cover the shipping costs for the small items you ordered, regardless of the amount. The order value for large items is always calculated independently of the smaller items ordered.

Article 7.3. Return policies specific to the sale of products on the store (does not apply for rental service)

In case to exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period and for the items concerned ( article 15 of our General Terms and Conditions ), the Hamon law stipulates that return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return costs may be the subject of a possible commercial negotiation/discount between the seller and the buyer, particularly in the context of a product exchange. This approach remains the initiative of the Planète Rando company.

We invite you to use services like Boxtal to compare offers (Colissimo, Relais colis, etc.) in order to print your return label in a few clicks. Return costs remain your responsibility as previously stated in article 7.3.

Parcel insurance remains optional and nevertheless recommended for the product you are returning. Planète Rando cannot be held responsible in the event of an incident/theft/deterioration during the transport of returned equipment. Please take the necessary precautions to properly package and protect the package to be returned.
